Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with warm hospitality and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha. If time allows, you can decide to do various activities around the city. Some famous spots include the Cultural Heritage Site, Maasai market, and local food markets, Lake Duluti, Meru waterfall, etc.
Your safari adventure starts today! You'll be picked up from your hotel after breakfast around 8 am and drive for 2 hours to Tarangire National Park. When you arrive, the guide checks in for your 7-8 hours of game drive. As you enter Tarangire National Park, you will come across its famous giant baobab trees scattered across the park and large populations of elephants that roam freely across the park. Tarangire is also home to many other wildlife species such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and bird species. In the afternoon, you will pause for a picnic lunch at the Matete picnic site, overlooking the Tarangire River, which is an important source of water for animals during the dry season. After lunch, you'll proceed with the game drive until evening, when you bid farewell to the park and drive to your accommodation for an overnight stay.
After a hearty breakfast, you will board your safari jeep and start your journey towards Serengeti National Park. The drive will take you through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You'll get a chance to look at the breathtaking views of the Crater for about 10-15 minutes. Afterward, you'll proceed through a long and bumpy road for about 5-6 hours until you reach Serengeti Naabi Hil Gate around 2-3 pm, just in time to enjoy lunch and the start of the evening or sunset game drive. Following breakfast, you will enjoy an incredible full-day game drive in Southern Serengeti. Southern Serengeti, famously known as Ndutu, is widely known as the beginning of the life cycle of wildebeest. It is here that millions of wildebeests are born from December to March. This tends to attract large predators such as lions, who are after an easy meal. In the afternoon, you will pause for a picnic lunch in a carefully selected area in the bush surrounded by sights and sounds of nature. After lunch, you will proceed with a game drive until evening, when you'll drive back to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater is a unique place, home to a diverse population of animals, including the famous Big Five animals of Africa (Lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo, and leopard). The Crater is one of the few places where you have a very good chance of spotting the rare Black Rhino. If you are lucky, you'll see one on this trip! In the afternoon, you'll enjoy lunch at the hippo pool picnic site, surrounded by sights and sounds of nature. After lunch, proceed with a game drive until evening, when you ascend the Crater and drive to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

“we contacted Topy tours to find the right solution for a not-too-expensive safari. The tour operator was very kind and provided a range of possible solutions to find the right one for us. I really appreciated the possibility to select the parks, the areas of the park, the kind of accomodation...
The safari went very well. Our driver was great, the food was abundant and excellent. The setting was frugal but perfectly appropriate. And we had the opportunity to see all the animals we wanted. Highly reliable and recommended”

Experience of a lifetime
“After contacting multiple tour operators, Topy Tours stood out immediately. Jackson, the owner, was remarkably responsive and customized an itinerary aligned with our interests, making the planning process effortless. Jackson personally met us before our safari to ensure we were comfortable with the schedule, and again afterward prior to our departure. This personal touch is what truly makes Topy Tours special.
Our guides, Joseph and Assad, brought over a decade of experience to the trip. Their expertise was evident in their exceptional driving, deep knowledge of the local wildlife, and incredible spotting skills—helping us see everything from the Big Five to a leopard in a tree with its prey, stalking cheetahs in the grass, and hard-to-find foxes. It was awe-inspiring to see so much wildlife in its natural habitat. To top it off, we enjoyed delicious, hot traditional local lunches right on the Serengeti, which further elevated an already exceptional experience. Other tours had box lunches.
If you are looking for an alternative to large companies and want to personalize your experience, Topy Tours is the ideal choice.”
An Unforgettable Safari Experience with Topy Tours
“We were recommended Topy Tours, and we couldn’t be more grateful for it. From our very first message with Jackson, we felt we were in the best hands. He listened to us carefully, guided us with patience, and made sure our safari became everything we had dreamed of. He also took care of us from the moment we landed until the day we left.
Our safari was short, but thanks to our guide Joseph, a truly wonderful person with a genuine passion for what he does, it felt absolutely perfect. His dedication meant we didn’t need more days at all — we saw every single animal we hoped for, including the Big Five!
This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will stay with us forever. We wholeheartedly recommend Topy Tours.”

“We're giving it five stars just because Philip was there! He speaks German, Swahili, English, and even a little French. He can explain all the animals and even knows the most important facts about Tanzania, the Serengeti, and Zanzibar. Philip is the most knowledgeable and best tour guide you could imagine! Super super super super great.”
