Who we are
Tanzania, through local eyes
Topy Tours is an Arusha-based safari company focused on Tanzania’s Northern Circuit, including Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and the quieter lakes and highlands we add when they earn a place on your map.
We design private journeys around your interests, dates, and travel style: clear communication before you fly, thoughtful pacing on the ground, and support through the trip, so wildlife days feel personal, not rushed.
Our story
Built in Arusha, shaped on the road
Topy Tours grew from years of guiding guests across Tanzania’s most celebrated landscapes, and from a simple belief: the best safari is the one that matches how you actually want to travel.
We started with Northern Circuit journeys because this is where we live and work. Over time we refined private itineraries for couples, families, solo travelers, and senior guests who want wildlife without coach schedules.
Today we still design every trip ourselves: parks, nights, lodges, and daily rhythm. When your dates allow, we can extend beyond the Northern Circuit with Zanzibar beach nights or other Tanzania chapters, without forcing parks that do not fit the journey.

Amazing Safari With Topy Tours
“Amazing safari with Topy Tours! We had an incredible 8D/7N safari covering Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We saw two wildebeest river crossings, including lions hunting wildebeest during one crossing, black and white rhinos, lions feeding, leopards, hyenas, jackals, and even a dik-dik nursing its baby. We also witnessed vultures rushing in after a lion kill and a dramatic encounter between a hyena and a snake eagle. So many unforgettable moments! A special thanks to our guide Joseph, who was extremely patient and dedicated. He got up very early every morning and spent hours looking for animals, often spotting things that we completely missed. He never rushed us and always gave us time to enjoy each sighting. Jackson also did a great job handling the logistics and accommodation arrangements, including picking us up around midnight after our late flight. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the food was much better than we expected for a mid-range safari. Overall, a truly memorable safari and a trip of a lifetime. Highly recommended!”

Joseph was very communicative, kind, and patient. He was extremely educated and enthusiastic in his explanations of Tanzanias environment, history, and culture. He was prompt in all tasks, scheduling out days, meals, and going above and beyond to communicate our needs to various hotels we were hopping between. He even knew what places to take us for quick stops for food, souvenirs, and wash breaks. Need a tour guide? Joseph is your MAN!!! Jackson was fantastic and replies to your needs on WhatsApp very quickly. He got us a guide, answered all questions and even helped us get pictures of receipts etc that we need for our own usage. We strongly recommend this company for a smooth, stress free, safe, and fun tour in Tanzania.”
