Tarangire is famous for its significant concentration of elephants and ancient baobab trees that spread across the park. After enjoying a hearty breakfast, you will board the safari vehicle and begin your journey descending into the crater. Ngorongoro is famed as a wildlife refuge and is the largest intact caldera in the world. A game drive in Ngorongoro provides the best opportunity to see the Big Five on a single game drive! The lush plains of the lake-studded crater floor and the towering 600m (2,000ft) cliffs that enclose it on all sides make for a breathtaking panorama, making the crater one of the most photographed places in the world. In the afternoon, you will pause for a picnic lunch at the hippo pool picnic site before proceeding with the game drive. Later, after the game drive, you will ascend the crater and drive to your lodge for an overnight stay and dinner.

The park is also home to over 400 bird species making it a paradise for bird watchers. As the afternoon arrives, you'll pause for a delicious picnic lunch inside Lake Manyara's wilderness. After lunch, you will proceed with a game drive until evening when you check out the park and drive back to Arusha, arriving around 5:30 pm.

“What a great time!
We were a big group, but the coordination and the care that the 3 guides execute for us, were amazing. They were patient, wanted us to make the best of our experience, but at the same time respect our wishes. They took care of us, right down to making sure to bring in water bottles for us when the hotel charged for water.
Ben was our guide. He said that he feels alive when he is on a safari tour, and out there with nature and animals. That shows in his demeanor, his enthusiasm in sharing little fun titbits about the animals. Ben can spot animals as he maneuvered the driving. He patiently explained what we were seeing, not only the animals, but their behavior, the interactions between the animals. He respects nature, the environment and the rules that were set up to protect the park, right down to picking up water bottle trash on the ground not too far from where the lions were. He often asked if we were ok or if we need more time for pictures, but at the same time did not want us to miss out on anything. As a result, we did see the big 5, the migration, the lion cubs, the giraffes practicing fighting, family of pumba running across the road, climbing lions, cheetah in waiting ,to name a few.
Thank you Ben for sharing your country with us and for answering whatever questions we had. I also appreciate your honesty when you did not know the answer. Thank you for having fun with us and in turn, make this trip more memorable for me”
A fantastic organization for a fantastic safari
“We booked a one week safari through Tarangire, Central and Northern Serengeti, Ngorongora and Lake Manyara with Topy Tours.
The organization went extremely well, Jackson M. took care of everything, answering my questions at any time before and during the tour.
You can book with Topy Tours with confidence, with absolutely no doubts.
We were lucky to be with our INCREDIBLE guide Jackson during the entire safari, he made us discover all the animals (the complete big five and many more, including several great migration river crossing !!!!!!! Which is unbelievable) with many explanations and so much attentions to be sure we were comfortable and understood everything what we saw. We felt so privileged to be with Jackson, he made our safari unforgettable and far beyond our expectations.
We couldn’t thank him enough for this experience.”
“We just finished our safari with Topy. We had four incredible days where we saw so many animals. Our guide, Ben, is not only an excellent guide but also very kind. I 100% recommend traveling with them.”

Straight forward, great communication and perfect safari experience all around
“We organized our safari tour with Topy Tours and it was an amazing experience. The communication with Jackson, who took care of all the organizational aspects was flawless and well rounded. An in person talk the night before the tour started was perfect to clear the last remaining questions. Another positive aspect that needs highlighting was Isaac, our Tourguide. Perfect driving skills, very attentive to all our needs, very caring and warm personality next to his expertise when it came to spotting the animals. The lodges that we stayed in were absolutely fantastic and left no desire unanswered. That we got to see all of the "Big Five" was just the cherry on top! 10/10, we would definitely book via Topy Tours again and recommend it to anyone who is interested in a safari tour.”
