7-Day Budget Safari (Camping Experience in Serengeti)

Today, your safari adventure begins! After breakfast, our guide will pick you up from your hotel for a two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival at the park's gate, you'll check in and start your game drive. Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant herds and tree-climbing lions, as well as wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, and hippos. The park is also home to unique baobab trees, some of which are over 8,000 years old. Lunch will be enjoyed at the Tarangire River picnic site, with expansive views over the plains. Afterward, you'll continue with a game drive until late evening. Then, you'll head to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will depart for the Serengeti. A long and bumpy road will take you about 4-5 hours of a fascinating game en route, driving up the crater highlands towards the vast plains of Serengeti. If the weather is clear and not foggy, you will stop at Ngorongoro Viewpoint to have a glimpse of the caldera for 10 minutes before continuing with your drive to Serengeti. You will stop for a picnic lunch at Naabi Hill Gate before checking into the park for an evening/sunset game drive, and witness incredible wildlife in the Serengeti. After catching the sunset, you will proceed to the campsite for dinner and an overnight stay.

Today, you'll enjoy the majesty of Serengeti National Park for a full day. After enjoying a tasty breakfast, drive out through the vast plains in search of wild animals. Serengeti is widely known for its strong population of wildlife, including the famous "Africa's Big Five". Our well-trained and experienced guide will take you through this adventurous journey to incredible spots. If you are lucky, you will see a lot of animals. Lunch will be enjoyed in the wilderness surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African wilderness, before proceeding with a game drive until late evening. After experiencing the sunset game drive, you'll head back to your camping site for dinner and an overnight stay.

Today, you will wake up very early and enjoy breakfast. After breakfast, you'll drive to Ngorongoro Crater to enjoy a full day game drive. Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a geological marvel in Tanzania. Its vast volcanic caldera shelters an extraordinary ecosystem, home to an abundance of wildlife, including Africa's Big Five animals. You'll marvel at the breathtaking scenery and the unique opportunity to observe animals in such proximity. It's a natural wonder and a must-see destination for any safari enthusiast. In the afternoon, you will pause to enjoy lunch at the hippo pool picnic site. After lunch, you'll continue exploring the Crater until evening, when you drive to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Following breakfast, you will drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive. Upon arrival, you'll check in at the park's gate and begin the adventure. Lake Manyara National Park is home to 400 bird species, and it is a paradise for bird enthusiasts. The park also contains water buffalo, zebras, antelopes, wildebeests, and the world's largest concentration of baboons. Occasionally, you can spot the tree-climbing lions that the park is famous for. Lunch will be enjoyed at the picnic site in the afternoon, before proceeding with the game drive. After the game drive, you will exit the park and drive back to Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay.
